Education Austin 101

Education Austin is a democratic, member-led union. Members pay monthly dues, attend work site meetings, and drive the work of the union—from organizing around workplace issues to bargaining for better working conditions.

We build power through collective action, not individual complaints.

That means when members identify a problem, we work together to organize, strategize, and win solutions. Our strength comes from participation—because the more we show up for each other, the more we can accomplish together.
