Ready to Level Up? Become a Worksite Steward!

Are you the go-to person at your campus when something needs to get done? Do coworkers come to you with their concerns—and trust you to help solve them? If you're already stepping up as a leader, it’s time to level up and become one of a team of Worksite Stewards.

Worksite Stewards are campus leaders who help build a stronger union where it matters most—right at your worksite. You’ll get resources, community, and support to turn everyday frustrations into real wins. Plus, you'll grow your skills, meet awesome educators from across the district, and become a key part of shaping what our union can do.

Stewards do things like:

• Help coworkers understand their rights

• Distribute the monthly newsletter

• Lead site-level meetings, organizing and actions

• Speak up for what your campus needs

• Strengthen union power from the ground up

We’re looking for leaders who care about their coworkers and want to make things better—not alone, but as part of a team. One worksite needs many stewards!
